BAAN JAI DEE is 2 storey home office which has 3 users that one of them is a leg disabled So, this design is universal design concerned project.

 

               The concept is from the movement of leg disabled which cannot shift the floor level suddenly, they must have a ramp which can cause smooth feeling of transition. So, I take this characteristic as the concept “Smooth movement” that represent the uinty of living with disable.
